Relationships. Sign & Return only the
signature page. 3 pgs.
Step 4: Complete the property disclosure
form to advise buyers of known defects in
the property. 4 pgs.
Step 5: Completion of form only Required
for residential property built before 1978.

Step 6: Contact Jill when forms are complete and you are ready for your listing to be
entered into CincyMLS. We can then arrange for your sign to be picked-up or
delivered, discuss pictures of your property and payment options.
